The Metropolitan Planning Organization of Johnson County will be holding a public hearing on the “FY2019-2022 Transportation Improvement Program” (TIP) for the Iowa City Urbanized Area. The TIP is the programming document for all surface transportation and transit projects that receive state or federal funds, including: street & highway, transit, rail, bicycle, and pedestrian projects in the Iowa City urbanized area. The public notice of public participation activities and time established for public review of and comments on the TIP will satisfy the transit Section 5307 Program of Projects requirements.
The public hearing will be held on July 18th, 2018 at 4:30 pm in the Johnson County Health and Human Services Building, 2nd Floor Conference Room, 855 S. Dubuque Street, Iowa City, Iowa.
